<p>Sarah Allen wuchs in <a href="Nelson_(British_Columbia)" title="Nelson (British Columbia)">Nelson</a>, einer Kleinstadt in der kanadischen Provinz <a href="British_Columbia" title="British Columbia">British Columbia</a>, auf. 2002 machte sie ihren Abschluss an der Canada’s National Theatre School für Schauspielerei. Bereits ein Jahr später feierte sie ihr <a href="Deb%C3%BCt" title="Debüt">Debüt</a> im Film <i>Student Seduction</i>.
